Steffani Jenkins is the Senior Vice President and CRA Director responsible for overseeing the SmartBank’s Community Reinvestment Act program and community development strategy. She partners with community organizations, regulators, and internal stakeholders to support initiatives that expand access to credit, affordable housing, small business development, and financial education. Her work focuses on strengthening community impact while ensuring regulatory excellence and fostering meaningful relationships across the markets the bank serves.  Steffani has worked in the CRA arena for over 20 years, with her most recent experience being at Independent Community Bankers of America’s “CRA Solutions” as Director of Support Services.
