Thomas McInerney is founder of OTH Impact and Director of Affordable and Workforce Housing at OTH Capital. He began at OTH in 2017 launching investments in the Northeast of the United States and has led the firm’s expansion into affordable housing and impact investing. Thomas is crucial to the firm’s impact related fundraising and strategy. He is passionate about affordable housing and sustainability and founded OTH Impact to deliver both financial and social ROI at every asset the Fund acquires.

Prior to joining OTH, Thomas built an acquisitions platform for an RIA acquiring retiring or transitioning managers. After college, Thomas worked in a management role overseeing construction management, development and design decisions for two boutique luxury hotels. Thomas graduated from Lehigh University in 2007.
