Brooke Searcy joined the findCRA team in 2018 as an Account Manager. In 2022, Brooke was promoted to Client Success Manager. In her role, Brooke works to ensure that the bank clients and nonprofit users are successful in their deployment and utilization of findCRA’s software and supports the overall sales and marketing functions of the company.
Prior to joining findCRA, Brooke worked for U.S. Bank and Republic Bank & Trust Company in retail banking and compliance roles. Following her bank career, she next worked for Louisville Metro Government, where she managed the allocation of the city’s External Agency Fund Grants and other activities supporting affordable housing and community supportive services throughout the city and county. She transitioned from that role to the city’s Community Action Partnership division as a project manager focused on community development and revitalization efforts, including working with low-income families and empowering self-sufficiency.
Brooke holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from the University of Kentucky.
