Nikki Huyear manages bank relationships at findCRA, bringing nearly a decade of experience in relationship-building as well as retention and management to the team.

Prior to joining findCRA, Nikki worked at Spectrio with bank and credit union clients, focusing on marketing and optimizing client relationships to achieve ideal outcomes for financial industry partners. Nikki previously worked at Appriss. While there, she worked with local, state, and federal agencies to identify avenues of support for domestic violence notification software solutions in Alabama, Utah, Louisiana, Missouri, Kansas, Wisconsin, and New York.

Nikki holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Louisville, and played Women’s Lacrosse at the University of Colorado.
